The Coca-Cola 600 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway is delayed because of lighting in the area.

Jeffrey Earnhardt had a mechanical breakdown and the ensuing debris damaged Chase Elliott ran over them and cause damage to his car resulting in a oil leak causing Brad Keselowski to run into the back of Elliott’s car.

No injuries were reported from the trio.

NASCAR Air Titans are at the ready to dry the track. According to NASCAR officials there are 12 Air Titans and 10 jet driers on location, and the race will continue as soon as the track is dried approximately 9:45 pm .
